大阪信愛学院短期大学『現代と女性』講座「聖母をたたえる集い」における女子学生のキリスト教への関心

この度、女子短期大学生に宣教の機会を与えられた。この宣教の機会に合わせて私が理解したかったことは教会が全世界に伝えてきた、キリストの福音は現代の若い日本女性の心にどの様に響くのか、あるいは遠藤周作の「日本人でありながらキリスト教徒である矛盾」（合わない洋服）が当てはまるのかなど、現代の学生の宗教に関する意識の一端を明らかにする目的で大阪府下カトリック系女子短期大学の聖母マリアをたたえる集いで「救いの言葉」を女子学生により理解し易い言葉で宣べ、あわせて、受講学生の心の反応を知るため、学生に当該「集い」の受講感想文を求めた。感想文の内容から、キリスト教は人生の意義を考えさせられるものであり、神様、マリア様、聖書については人間の心にある疑問を呼びおこし、また、性と命が深く繋がっている人間関係において、興味を示した点が明らかになった。

Given the great opportunity to proclaim the Gospel to female
college students, I wondered about the following question: Is the Gospel of
Christ (which the Catholic Church has announced to the whole world throughout
the centuries) able to reach the hearts of today's young Japanese women or is it
a contradiction to be Christian and Japanese at the same time, as stated in Endo
Shusaku's "Awanai Youfuku合わない洋服" (unfitting western clothing) essay? With the
desire to have some enlightenment about this issue, as well as to have a general
idea about how women today look at religion or react to the direct announcement
of the "Word of Salvation", I asked all the students of Osaka Shin-Ai College to
produce a written reflection on the lecture held on the occasion of the
"Gathering to praise the Blessed Virgin Mary". From the content of those
reflections it was made clear that Christianity puts before us the fundamental
problem of the meaning of life; that God, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the Holy
Scriptures awake in our hearts many other important questions; and that there is
an increasing interest in the inner connection between sex and life within human
relationships.

About Safe Consciousness of Nursing Students in their Clinical Training

The purpose of this research is to
obtain some suggestions in relation to medical safety education, by getting to
know what students think about the safety promotion during clinical training.
Results: The total codes of 142 were extracted from their utterances in relation
to "Potentially serious medical errors and incidents, and measures to prevent
them." As a result, 13 subcategories and six categories were extracted. These
six categories are: "Share information by reporting, communicating and
consulting," "Follow the rules and make sure by double-checking," "Understand
what state and situation a patient is in," "Manage private information," "Manage
health of nursing staff," and lastly "Acquire knowledge and skill that can be
put into practice." Discussion: Education in safety promotion is indispensable
for practicing nursing skills. A variety of methods have been employed including
"danger prediction training," and "simulation learning." It goes without saying
that safety promotion is important in the medical settings. Our future task is
to develop measures to cultivate and nurture students' own consciousness about
safety control during clinical training in a learning environment, so that they
would not cause accidents or incidents, or encounter them.

臨地実習における看護学生の安全意識

諸言：本調査は、看護学生自身が考える臨地実習におけるセーフティプロモーションを知ることによって医療安全教育への示唆を得るためこの取り組みを行った。
結果：学生がとらえた「ひやりはっと・インシデント・事故防止対策」から、総コード142を抽出した。その結果、13のサブカテゴリーと6のカテゴリー[報告・連絡・相談を行い情報共有する][ルールを守りダブルチェックで確認する]
[患者や環境の状態を把握する][個人情報の管理][看護者の健康管理][実践可能な知識と技術の習得]が抽出された。
考察：セーフティプロモーションに関する教育は、看護技術の実践には不可欠であり、「危険予知トレーニング」や「シュミレーション学習」など様々な方法で行われている。医療現場において、ヘルスプロモーションが重要であることは自明であるが、臨地実習という学びの場において、看護学生がインシデント・アクシデントを起こさない、遭遇しないためにおいて、学生自らが持つ安全をコントロールする意識を、どのように育てていくかが今後の課題であると考える。

看護学生が考える「適切ではない」と感じた看護師のみだしなみ

看護学生の考える「適切ではないと感じた看護師のみだしなみ」について、看護学生28名に自由記述方式で調査を行った。得られたデータは階層的クラスター分析を行った結果、5クラスターに分類された。クラスターの意味は《見た目の印象》、《清潔感》、《怖い》、《逸脱》、《不潔》であった。《清潔感》《不潔》は清潔の観点から、《見た目の印象》《怖い》、《逸脱》については、適切な対人関係を形成する上で障壁となり得る。看護学生の看護師のみだしなみについての評価は、看護を学んでいない人々よりも肯定的に評価されているのではないかと推測される。心理社会的エビデンス構築の必要性とみだしなみ教育が今後の課題である。

含嗽剤の口腔内細菌に対する殺菌効果に関する基礎研究

本研究では、各種含嗽剤の口腔内細菌に対する殺菌効果を直接的に調べる方法として、
蒸留水での含嗽により得られた口腔内細菌液と各種含嗽剤を一定時間混合した液を寒天ゲル培地で培養し、
細菌の生残率を調べる方法を導入し、イソジン液、洗口剤（エタノール含有）、食塩水（0.5%）の口腔内細菌に対する殺菌効果を調べた。
細菌液1mLと含嗽剤9mLを2分間混合した液を培養した結果、細菌の生残率はイソジン液では1.8％、洗口剤では2.8％で、ほぼ100%の殺菌効果を示した。
一方、食塩水においては生残率は79.8％で、弱いが殺菌効果が示された。
本研究結果において、簡易に各種含嗽剤の殺菌効果を調べる上で本研究で用いた方法の有用性が示された。
